In our mission to simplify the reporting process we want to learn our customers pains. By offering support free of charge our customers are more willing to ask for our help with their regulatory pains. This allows us to build a better solution that we are sure will attract even more customers.
As an example we recently got a call from a potential customer that needed help with understanding why their filing to the authorities was refused. We entered their data into our system and in a collaborative effort worked to resolve the issues with their filing. By adding our solution and our expertise to their knowledge of their business we resolved the issues and turned a potential customer, to a happy customer – that from now on will be using Dirept for their regulatory reporting.
By not charging for support we get to solve more issues for more companies!
